I'm not looking for a "hey go to this Guide about that" or "this has already been discussed". I'm looking for a simple answer on why or why not double attack is useful. I've heard stories from both sides.

For rogues, the skill is generally not useful because:
a) We hit fast enough not to warrant a skill of that nature
b) We hit too low for the skill to actually be impressive

Now if you are a rogue who likes the big heavy spears, this skill may be useful to you. I say 'may' because I have not tried it myself, however I do know that the bigger and stronger your weapon is, the more useful Double Attack is.

XD funny death a dirk IS a dagger with a different look and name. Personally splatter I would use idk...distract or play dead over double. I'm not trying to dis on the ones that possibly use it. I'm just agreeing with kiykiy, there are other skills better than that one for rogues.
