Where should I train?

I was wondering where I should train. I have been training on OW eyes but now that I am level 83 I want to go somewhere new. A buddy told me the level 85-86 pirates are good or the smugglers behind the waterfall in the sewers are also good. I have no idea where to go and I really need some advice.
If it matter my gear is Full Warden including weapon, poison dagger and that's about it. All info will be very much appreciated!
