What is the best rouge ow offhand?

Depends on your current gear.
If low on regens and have high strength, get venom dagger.
If not much strength, and high regens, get ice blade.
Trident not recommended for rogues.

I personally like the trident if you're not a pure DPS rogue, and more of a solo build. The damage you end up with is very similar to that of the golden venom dagger (when you calculate in the extra str), plus you get the extra defence, dex, and str.
You wind up with a lot of extra defense (190 in all), because the trident adds 100 defense directly, and also gives 45 Dex, which adds another 90 defense.

Health and Energy Regen: 15 per tick
Magic Damage: 100
Health: 75
Energy: 75
Defense: 100
Str: 45
Dex: 45

I failed to mention this info is for the golden trident of magic.
The stats are the same for the other tridents, except the elemental damage type is different.

Kril, poison damage is unresisted, and piercing is affected by strength. If you're a strength build, venom is the best. Dex build would be trident/blade.

if you have diamond dagger i would go with ice blade and about 50-100 base str then construct ur build from there base ur build on ur equipment not ur equipment on ur build
