Hi everyone,
As many people are wondering including myself, what kind of build is best for someone over level 170? Also, depending on what kind of build you pick, please include the skills you would pick to go with the build.

Would you guys reccomend one of BLRD7's builds such as his solo build? Or is there a better build out there that someone would be willing to share?

Would personally go the solo'ing build until 190+, then change to an all-round bossing build, but that is just me

When looking at this build, i see you use both riposte and fast reflexes. Do these skills not negate each other? One helps you dodge enemy hits while the other requires the enemy to hit you for them to take damage. Just an observation.

For riposte, it doesnt matter if the mob misses, it attacks back when the mob attempts to even a miss riposte strikes back

As said, you dodge the damage dealt to you, but Riposte still works, so you're dealing the damage without taking any.. Should dodge most and Life Steal should help to regain any you don't dodge.

Basically, no they don't negate each others' effect .

Soloing with a dagger i would go with a vit/dex build.

str 100-150
dex 400-450
rest vit.

your skill choice is great!

3/5 skills are dex based.

it's great to have lots of dex for soloing bc you get free defence, with added bonuses to shadow, life steal, and reflex.

Most of your dps will be by shadow strike anyhow...1k life steals while soloing wins the harder fights and keeps you up and running for the next mob.

Also with high vit, you should be able to solo the 4* mobs near your lvl if you have the right gear, especially if you have full DL.

if you're like me at low 180's and didn't want to compete with others for lizards in the pit, i opted to soloing the 180-186 trolls. Ppl thought i was crazy to solo, but it was easy with the right build and gear. you need to go higher vit close to 6k health. A shield (baston shield would be the best) wear it for the first hits from the troll, switch to your dps offhand then unleash your fury!! or if it's a fire troll then you really need to use a spear... a fast dagger will only get you killed by the cloak of fire, and a stone troll that cast a energy shield, after you attack and it cast Eshield run out of range of spawn and log. When you come back and attack it, it won't cast a Eshield again.

Near 190 you really want to solo the 189 4* lizards without a combo. Why without a combo? bc most of the time you'll be killing 180 lizards and hoping for the 189 4* lizards to spawn, and wasting a combo like that hurts bad...unless your one of those ppl that eats plat like it's a pie eating contest then go for it!

If i recall correctly there are 3 types of 4 star lizards. ( i don't remember their names)

-Red Ember lizard (easy)
-Grey Stone lizard (riposte early and your fine. Lizard will stun you early, but if you riposte it will take damage while youre stunned taking it's advantage away.)
-Orange Annoying hard solo lizard. (this is the one... if you can solo without a combo, then you know you're doing it right! *tip... time your riposte just after it flames you. If you get it right, it will eat 3 riptoast sandwiches.)

oh and dont forget the best is soloing a wise green lizard...you'll need to be a top notch soloer to do those without a combo. ( i was using heroic knowledge lix with them solo... was incredible exp)

More Strength = Faster Kills = Better XP/Min

More Vit = More to Regen

That's why I usually opt for more Strength

i agree with you for the most part with str on 1 and 2* mobs, but i also found with increase vit i didn't have to use pots or combos to tackling 3-4* mobs where you earn most of your exp. But that is really your own prerogative. Id rather fix my build with more vit and not have to constantly rely on plat items for the harder mobs.

Btw with increase amount of sigil chests on the market, for a soloer this is a must to try and buy. Helps hugely with regen down time when trying to maximize your knowledge lix.
