which should i pick for my lvl 110ish rogue,
he has alot of strength (395) with reasonable vitality (200) and lower then other rogues in dexterity (125) and 5 focus *facepalm* what rogue needs focus!!! including his equipment add (95 strength, 20 dexterity)

i am wanting to get one of the following offhands:
-dagger of slaying
-arcane axe of triumph
-fiery axe of triumph
-freezing axe of triumph

which of these should be best for me
(i dont run out of energy a heap unless under constant use of skills)
i was told by someone not to get the dagger of slaying because of damage difference between it or one of the axes of triumph
soon i will be lvl 120 and so will use a book of alt making my skills cost even more

should i:
-get one of axes for the moment and trade for dagger of slaying later when i do begin to run out of energy
-save up for next 1 mil amulet (there is usually one of these for each event) giving me more regen the just 20 of each from heroic amulet
-just get dagger of slaying now and hope it doesnt affect me to badly
-not worry about offhand and just focus on armor and jewelry to get better
