Depends on your other regens. It's pretty simple: do you need health or energy regen? Choose accordingly. If you have no regen at all, then go with energy.

Dont waste the gold on regen rings in my opinion.... Save ring slots for skill or dmg rings in the future.

Group with a druid. I know not always easy to find one (that is why I built an alt) but the game is a social game.
