I dont know if my build is good for lvling im just looking for a helpful build

Although i don't recommend the axe yet, its a good build overall. I would get the dagger and a few more energy regens (if you need it) then put the points in focus into dexterity. I would also drop health to about 230 (with effects) and put the rest in dexterity.

I lvled to 121 now ss has 32/30 quickstrike 26/30 riposte 29/30 and reflexes 23/30
