Needing Leveling Build

Hello,
I'm a level 133 Rogue and used a pvp/solo build
I want a new build that could be used too efficentally level too 140-150
Here's my build
My Armour
Zodiac Helm
Zodiac Greaves
Zodiac Jerkin
Frozen Zodiac Boots/Gloves
Weapons
Fiery Axe // Adamant Dagger
Jewelery
30/30 Ammy
15hp brace
5energy brace
10 energy ring
20 Cold dmg ring
20 Vit ring/100 focus (Kron ring)
+4 Lifesteal ring // +3 Expose Weakness ( I switch out rings if I'm levelings or Pvping)
20 Poison Damage charm
Skills
30/30 Shadowstrike
30/30 Quickstrike
30/30 Riposte
30/30 Lifesteal (34/30 I'f ring is in use)
12/30 Fastreflex
6/30 Expose Weakness
I want a leveling build Dex/Str whichever (I'm using Sc too level FYI)
