This build works with :
Hide , sneaky , rend , quckstrike, riposte and assassinate, all with fast reflexes and poison weapons.
I testée this build and here is the RESULTS!!!
This build is suitable for lvling , but only lvling

For hiding from mobs un til u regen and it allows to tackle ranger mobs with sneaky attack

I would say it is on par with guides and skill suggestions that he has made in the past.
