Fast reflex-maxed
Shadow strike-maxed
Sneaky attack-half
Assinate-half
Ripitose-maxed

Skill cast in order
-fast reflex
-shadow strike
-sneaky attack (if cast fast enough after shadow strike it will work)
-ripitose
-auto attack (if not under 30% hp)
-assinate
-shadow strike if not dead

(to rise auto attack dmg you level up your strength right?)

Remove FR, Remove Assinate, add QS, add double attack.

Your attack order should be Sneaky -->Ripose --> SS --> QS --> Double

I don't think you should be making a guide that is wrong for most people when you were asking for advice in your last thread,
I'm sure you mean well but you really should consider playing longer or more thoroughly before advising, good luck though, if it works for you that's all that matters
