No. You never stop to regenerate.

I can go mob to mob pretty quick, but not forever

I've yet to try lifesteal......I was wondering how effective it was at restoring health and if it would make my 20/20 bandage wounds obsolete.

jesus. Take those 20 points and put into lifesteal.

i'm not an experienced rogue, but if you have 20/20 bandage, you screwed up somewhere. Go back and retry

Since you have 20/20 bandage I imagine you don't have any regen items or sigils. So I'd suggest to save up for regen items. Don't buy anything else before you have any.

Well on the bright side he'll have a lot of eg bandage wounds gear to choose from...
