Ok so my gear and stats are below in the pics and except for the missing dl which I'm fully aware of is the rest of my build ok? Yes I have no regens which is why I'm in the process of buying sigils, what do you guys think of it? Also my skill damage is:
Sneaky - 7k
Qs - 2.9k
Ss - 2.9k
Lifesteal - 1-1.1k
Riposte - 2.6k

Depends on what you mean by decent...for bossing? Lvling? It looks pretty good from my view, if that's breastplate is obsidian I would suggest getting and beastbone chest since it gives more armor and adds sneaky dmg.

beastbone is assassinate not sneaky. Legs give the sneaky boost
