I currently have a stargem necklace (STR) 150 but was wondering, is it better then the wyld sun ammy 150?

I believe the wyld sun ammy is the best in the game atm.

150 dexterity and 1000 health (160 Vit) and the 4k pierce skill is better than 120 cold damage.

I disagree with you. It may be a better ammy for leveling but if we bring the conversation to bossing the wyld ammy is weak and the 120 cold damage+200 attack and then a skill (it's not great but it's better then nothing) that adds 600 attack for 15 seconds with a 45 sec recast will out-do the wyld ammy everytime in DPS output.
But if we are talking about leveling the wyld ammy is pretty cool

Wyldshrine ammy is great for burst damage like duels and lock battles, but over time the 120 cold damage is better.

Doing some calculations, Wyldshrine ammy will do 1250 theorerical damage per minute, while Stargem will do ~5000 if hasted.
