Is poison weapon worth putting points into? Does it add good damage?

Depends.

For what? Levelling? Bossing? Where? What level? Which bosses?

For bosses/lvling (level 132). Mostly OW and below bosses.

I reset my skills on my rogue and got rid of it.

I put my extra points in it, since lifesteal and reflex are useless to a rogue who always dual logs with a druid

Only use it when you have extra left over points and you do noy have enough points to max another skill imo

Hmm maybe I should switch back. Really didn't notice much damage being done though.

What would be the most effective way to get more damage in each level? Any other weapons allowed to used other than poison weapon?

Dexterity increases Poison Weapons Damage, and around level 160 it starts to make sense for leveling, at the point you reach the 150's you will see that the game starts.

Poison weapon is decent until level 180 when you go into tower, I still wouldn't use it unless I had energy problems and couldn't be spamming all my skills
