I'm now lvl 153 and I don't know what to spend my stats on i can't figure out the right thing I want to have a lot of hp and energy so I don't die or run out of energy but still have strength and focus. Please tell me if you have a good setup thanks.

focus, none. Get regen or sigs instead. Aim for 2.5k hp tops at your level, and all rest in dex worked really well for me at that level

you mayyyy want to add 100 base str without adds
