You will need to use lifesteal, and swap dps gear for regen... Pretty simple

Yes, it shouldn't be impossible to make one. The main thing to consider is hp -- not much on dex/defense because it's the mob skill damage that makes up most of what you take. I'd say 5-6k hp would be fine, and then 1k+ hp sigils.
Consider also that you will need more lix per level.

use 4k HP full dex - gara dps set - fire out those skills
try get 2-3k sigils /,
