Where is there a good lvl 1-100 rouge guide

No idea what a 'rouge guide' is although there are plenty of rogue guides, the 1-220 could be used just get the 1-100 out of it

Unless you are as green as they come and just started the game, alot of the time 1-100 is fairly self explanatory. If you got gold for days then buy a few combos (i think i did my alt to 50 in 3 xps with a mage using cloak) then at lvl 50 consider a luxury offhand from otherworld (level 60 to get there but can buy from players at 50).

As for areas, i always say just follow main qiest line until 20, hit dustwither until 25, shalemont until 40 then i go to fingals rats until 50 then onto stonevale boars, then fairies and once youre 60 id start moving moving deeper into the sv farm until 70 at which point pirates in fingals are great.
