The duration of it's skill is 30 secs, what's the cooldown?

No I have not asked this before.
But wait shouldn't it be a 90 second cooldown? Because you need 3 of em to keep on the boss at all times and it lasts for 30 seconds

skill cooldown is 45 secs.Once you use the skill ,it will last for 30 secs,
then you will have to wait for 15 secs to be able to use it again
