Im gonna get 200 valour ammy but then I will be without any energy regen except my rabbit ( rabbit lvl 5) so should I buy the 200 Regen offhand instead of the 200 haste dagger?

I'd only get the regen dagger if you're going support, the regen and dex are nice but it'll take a big hit to your dps. Most endgame players have no regen anyway, so you'll be fine with just your rabbit.

Yeh I don't use regen at all, (haven't really used any since 170 or so) and I just use an energy lix for raids or if your still leveling seem to be fine.

I never used any regen off hand or stuff... just use lixes or get sigils :-)
