Build for tower?

I've been a dl locker for a long time and I'm moving up to tower to do Edl.
Suggestions?
I was thinking about this setup...
Vit- enough for 3k hp
Dex-not sure, maybe none tbh, maybe like 50
Strength- rest
Skills...
Qs- max
Double-up to 220
Sneaky-max(?)
Ss-max(?)
Poison wep-extras?
At a total loss tbh. Any help would be appreciated.

I use this build but with riposte instead of double or pwep for lvling in tower
But i use dex and enough str just til it adds 2 dmg per 5 points

Use riposte instead of sneaky if you're going to be leveling

I use in tower:
- str build with 300+ dex (jalan frostroot set)
- ss, qs, riposte, double
other recommanded:
- poison wep or rend (i prefer poison)
not recommanded:
sneaky is not for good levelling
