Hey guys what is the fastest attack speed i can get ( with haste ) and with what dagger

1100. Not sure what daggers you can but hey go figure it out ahaha. Hero haste is I believe 80% speed boost so will bring majority of daggers to this speed

Hero haste gloves are 30% boost. That would be nearly as op as the boots of running quite fast

fun fact: you can reach attack speed limit with ordinary haste lux and shoreline dagger :p.
