Rouge build dex solo

So I have a rouge at lvl 146 but I want to change to a solo build since I solo a lot .
Str: 196(396)
Dex:265(335)
Focus:46(106)
vit: 243(263)
Health :2264 ( 75 sigils)
Energy :630 ( 20 sigils)
Attack :972
Damage :789
Defense : 721
Armor :341
So what do I need to do for dex solo build using this info .
