Do you think taunt and frenzy should be a straight away cast?

Yes because they are in-combat skills and that would be very useful for them to be quick cast skills.

There are lots of "in-combat skills" it doesn't mean they should be quick cast skills. taunt maybe takes 2 seconds to cast same with frenzy. Everything is fine the way I see it.
