Yea u can tank lvl 100 bosses as lvl 80 but for solo lvling a pure tank build isn't recommended before level 125 .You will lvl very slow unless you ve some great dps armour like earthstone and some good aggy dmg rings , but as a new player now this is probably not .

1-125 hybrid is the best to solo , after 125 it depends on the amount off tanks on your server and your personal choice: dps , hybrid or tank .
