You have to kill eyes.

I have been killing red eyes and the
Bluesish green ones

Is there anything else I can do?

If you have regen items, you may be ready for the green eyes. If not, maybe stay at the red eyes until 83 or 84 and then find a partner to train with for the harder mobs. A ranger with light heal and bolas would be a pretty good partner for you.

Yeah I have rejuv ammy, rings, and trident
Those are the main ones I kill
