Royal shield or royal wind

It really depends on your defensive ability, stats and other gear. I find that 5-6k hp is enough to tank all bosses in game, another 400+ hp wouldn't make much of a difference so I don't use the royal wind, and the resists and evasion boosts from royal shield are good complements to my current gear. However if you have low hp and can't get it from other sources, use the wind.

Well since you are a rogue I would go with mountain shield you could use the extra armor.
