Well I believe that the cast time for bandage is 5 seconds, and if you cast bandage right after bash, you always get interrupted by auto attacks with about 1/5th of the cast time left. That's an entire second.

Between me and several others we have decided the mob is stunned for 3 seconds and then auto hits right after unless it was stunned in the middle of a skill then most of the time it recast the skill.
