i would say that you could put like 20-50 points on strength so you could do a little bit of damage
if you really wanna go full tank then put nothing on strength
maybe 100 dex and only a few points on focus (just so you can cast taunt/stance/shield bash/enduring guard/bandage wounds)
if you can put some extra points on bandage wounds (unless you have lots of sigils in which case you can do whatever)

and last of all get rid of heroic and put on full frozen

So stats put 100/120/80/480 or 120/100/80/480

Too much focus. Try 100/100/30/the rest

try 5/100/30/rest in vit

He said he wasmt interested in tanking the big three so he wants a little dps as far as I can gather
