Just train your blunt. Go get a torch which does 4 heat damage. Take of any +damage items like helms rings. No full frozen. To ensure you do about 2-4 damage only. Prob wanna put on haste gloves. Then hit the targets. Go bake cookies, do homework, ect . Tap the screen every so often

actually i would also suggest using crammok or balmon or strog as a punching bag too depending on if you have wisdom elixes
