Celtic Heroes

I currently have 49/40 pummel and max vital, but i have 453 str with equiped gear and im 186, my pummel averages 3.2k with shatter, and 2k without, the highest my pummel could be is 5.5k with 500+ points in str but strength plateuas for warriors at around 500. And pummel is the most accurate attack skill next to shatter, and giant swing is just terrible. I put 49/40 in it and had 7k damage it just misses and rarely hits 4k with shatter. It slow and sucks, rupture is way better for hammers and axes since it has no weapon delay and is DoT. Just suggestion, Shatter is the best skill of update 4 for warriors.

If your only lvl 110 or under i doubt u will have a higher pummel then me especially since i have some of the top pummel items hoping agra will drop a Godly pummel and get a better pummel charm.
If it truly does 5k tell me whats your equips and stats points

Some people are very down on pummel but I really think it depends on your gear and build if pummel is helpful or not. If your auto attack is pretty weak, then it seems that pummel is pretty good. For me currently, my auto is fairly weak and pummel does at least twice my auto attack. It is faster than the dba and since I have some points in dex I don't miss very much. Thus it is pretty much a toss up between dba and pummel (remember this is for my current gear and build...not yours). Giant Swing only does about 10-20% more than my pummel but takes almost twice as long to use. In terms of DPS, pummel is clearly superior to GS. This will probably change as I progress and get different gear but that is where I am now.
