Regens or a better offhand? Which should I go for first?

depends on if youre in need of regens
hp regens dont really have a noticeable effect on your survivability imo
energy regens are more important
if you find yourself needing energy go with regens

energy regen, even full auto builds require energy regen

unless u buy an offhand with rejuv already

Well, depends really...on level and what you have now.
The highest lux ammy and something else should be fine for energy.
