I always suggest arena with bunch of noobs, but if to train it on mobs hmm
trees at ow could be nice, swift tackle + double hit (or something like that), + roots for reflex

Marshall Gannon in Shalemont is a good afk Fortitude Trainer. Since you're probably a warrior, his beatdown will do about 20 damage, and you can just leave your device charging all night long while you sleep, watch cinnamon roll, whatever. Only problem is when a noob comes to do his quest.

Marshall gannon is a neutral mob meaning you have to attack him to gain agro. You cannot afk there.

well you could like remove all your dmg gear and hit him with fists or the worst weapon you can find
then you can just keep hitting him....

anyways i do not suggest training on a mob that theres only 1 of
id suggest golems and blackstones as most efficient (from a lvl 116's viewpoint; there might be a higher level mob i dont know about)
if you cant take them then you could also train on eyes and trees

For ability training turn off auto attack. Hit each individual mob only once. Then click off a mob so that you are not attacking. All mobs even if neutral will continue to hit you forever - you will not hit back.

Use health regen and good armor and you wont be killed. You only have to tap the screen once every 10 min to stay connected. Can't sleep but easy to do while watching tv or doing other things.
Member of Aeon - Taranis - 24 boxer
220+ toons
Ravenleaf druid - Silverstring ranger
Stormsong warrior - Nwerb Mage - Eventide Rogue

First paragraph is correct...but for the screen tapping it can be avoided by just putting your device's auto lock to never.
