I would not spend too much effort getting the "best" weapon. At lvl 180, you should try to get a dark halberd of strength. Work on your spear skill now if you have not already done so.

i dont think thats an easy thing to do

if u can actually work on getting that wep, then focus on spears, if ur close to dl wep, swords, if not, i suggest an axe
the rest, well, i cant help u, theres no such thing as best build for anything, and many other ppl have different types of builds with different type gear and etc. , so u should try to look at others' builds, or any of ppl's older posts in this forum section, and choose what u like the most

It depends on whether you are in a high lvl clan or not. If you are then you should wait for the DL sword and possibly one of the mord spears. The mord spears rock and can't really be beaten for dps (assuming that you have spear skill maxed). If you are not in high end clan - and are not going to be getting that stuff soon - then I recommend the ancient wyrm axe. With axe skill maxed and max points in rupture then you should be handing out some pretty high dps. Good luck
