Keep fire damage axe, because there are usually more fire mages (and lures) than ice mages (and lures). So when group leveling or fighting bosses, you will deal more damage using the fire axe.

Also, when pvping, you are more likely to encounter a fire mage, so the fire resist on your axe helps.

When you're leveling without any mages around, the type of axe offhand you have doesn't matter too much.

Alright thanks ya I was smiling upon the one I have since I was desperate. I bought offhand from store 350k :0 dumb ik but I was super desperate so much I had to get a 50k loan from clanny to buy it cause no one was selling that day

i hate that feeling when you want something but want it cheaper but you really want it desperately

Only reason I was desperate is because I sold my lvl 50 offhand and had nothing to kill so i said what am i gonna do and clannie lended me 50k to buy i had 300k could of waited but what was i gonna do castle hang or kill with 55dmg offhand nty so ya pretty dumb
