So, you're thinking that more armor would mean more threat?
What about bark armor? Would that work as well?

#12I suppose it would. In a team, Druid is most likely to cast it on either the person taking the most hits or the person doing the most damage. If it increases threat it would be aiding both the tank and the Druid instead of just whoever the receiver was.
Edit: this would also help lower the aggro of mages and Druids since they wear cloth

#13I don't know if adding threat to armor is the best idea, now that I think of it. After all, things shouldn't be TOO easy.
Warriors wielding a weapon with two hands have a slower attack rate. Yes, they hit harder, but adding threat quickly is generally a better plan of action than having to wait almost twice as long to get a hit in. And they don't have the armor benefits of a shield to protect them.
I think that using a shield or a two handed weapon is a preference, and may work better for some builds than others.
