I always find that using frenzy i miss a lot more even with abilitys maxed.

Just what I have noticed
thats not even possible, frenzy adds attack, doesnt lower it

Probably just noticing the misses more. I swear I miss more when on an exp lix. ;)
xp doesnt decrease attack, doesnt increase it as well, u cant miss more with frenzy or xp elix
