Its a single kill as usually rangers get the kill, and what got me the kill is clear to me, Im aware of all warrior tricks to be able to outdps, as underdog as this class is.

Odd thing tho, I did get a kill on both mordy and necro, but never on hrung.

A void axe from geleb and full doch gul sounds fun on a warrior. Could imagine a lot of kills

Good for u then dude. It's by no means a simple feat.

Rupture is a very underrated skill, somehow. The unresisted tick dmg that you can keep up most of the fight adds up especially when the lack of dps warriors means you won't likely have much overlap. It's only a pity that warriors don't have an alternative dps edl offhand (edl shield is best dps offhand on some bosses, which is very counter intuitive)

The str and heat dmg offhands pretty good too. With a fire lure at every boss that 400 heat dmg does wonders

400 heat will only average about 43 dmg per hit with a great lure on necro :/ performs much better on edls tho

The axe has very little effect has both necro and mordy resist elemental dmg heavily, Ive seen 8k firebolts hit around 1k on necro, so 400 heat dmg equals around 50 dmg, while the attack boost is decent its not worth the money that much, I rather wait for EDL shield for 200 divine for necro at least.

Doch Gul armour would be tons of fun if it was easily accomplished, its 900 heat dmg (although 0 energy, Id sacrifice str boost for focus) as well as 800 str and vit and tons of attack (and direct Rupture dmg). The Gelebron axe would be decent as well if we would actually kill Gelebron on Belenus.

My weapon is the voidbolt str halberd and we do have lure of magic, and I got a 2nd kill on necro.

200 divine dmg is all you get though from edl shield. 200 str beaides the 400 heat dmg also gives decebt damage depending on how much str you have already. 60-120 dmg just off the str. Not to mention the 400 attack on it if ur using the reaper that attack is lots more than 400.

EDL shield is rather superior to any lux offhand on necro especially. The runic dagger of spite is already superior to axe, so if EDL shield is superior to the dagger on a certain boss, the edl shield is superior to the axe as well. For mordy I do enjoy the dagger tho as she doesnt seem as tough against physical dmg and also shes weak to poison, while shes very strong to elemental dmg.
All EDLS I prefer my dagger offhand too (and I have a kill on every edl main other than 190 [he was so annoying we never bothered killing him] more than once [except 185 we stopped killing him early]), on hrung the dagger is also stronger due his weakness to poison (more than his weakness to elemental dmg) and with pierce lure + shatter the pierce isnt as heavily resisted. On Proteus Id probably use an edl shield as u need to bash too, but I havent bothered checking much how effective is dagger on him nor how resistant he is to elemental dmg. We didnt kill gelebron yet so theres that too but I believe an edl shield would be stronger on him and more effective due bash.

Overall I tested the axe and I was rather disappointed, I didnt like it at all other than the rather high attack boost, I use the dagger (dont have edl shield yet) and have a kill on 185, 195, 200, 205, 210, 215, mordy, necro, aggy, skain, smolach (ostara dragon) and I think that sums it up for the important kills since u5 (unless u wanna count dls too).

Btw, Ive seen several warriors getting kills on big bosses, but I have a policy for myself, I dont consider my kill legit if I hadnt contributed on adds as much as others unless all adds were tanked, that means, adds called by mordy I'll always attack, I go to kill necro's mages even if I dual or tri log, I'll kill adds on any boss that requires so, and if I still get kill then I'll consider it my kill. If I had gotten the kill on mordy for example being on mordy only, Id not consider it as one of my kills.

EDIT : timmy, u said '200 divine dmg is all you get though from edl shield', but wouldnt that be underestimating divine dmg? The only fully unresisted dmg on chaos bosses? Necro's resist are very high, I would say its his hp that is rather low if to be honest, divine dmg on necro is by far the most effective than on any other boss.

Ur saying that the dagger is superior than the axe. I'd disagree. Ch varies a lot in terms of what's best where and what build ur running. The dagger off isn't great in terms of necro or better at necro compared to the axe offhand. If ur using a high attack build and reaper then the 400 attk can add almost 5-600 depending on total attack. 400 heat damage even with necro resists, when you add mage lures the melee is about 2-300. As well as the dmg u get from the 200 str is unresistable. So in my eyes I see 200 divine damage hits < 5-600 attk if proper build, 200 str and 400 heat damage that with 45-50 fire lures is still decently high. 200 str gives decent dmg as well and not to mention shatter frenzy etc boosts
