Idk the names of the items Criminal and Thyra wrote. But i would like to use their setup. Where can i find the items they mentioned and may ik stats of them too?

Depends on the boss. On necro for example Id never use an offhand that isnt my edl shield, due his crazy resists. For mordy my dagger is fine because of the poison and her overall low resists (and also I dont always haste, but usually I do for lock fights if Im in the lock group).

Normally I use shield on prot, gele and necro. Necro is immune to poison and practically has highest resists Ive seen alongside Gele. Prot just seems to heavily resist physical dmg (while as much as others on elemental imo), so with shield I hit more. Also if I get caught by his rotor I take less dmg
