Ok, I am a lvl 57 warrior i like hammers and swords but i have a problem. The quest weps like warden are only sword so when I get further into game swords will pretty much all i can use to be a nice warrior. I read that Otm might put something in game that allows u to trade ur quest wep like warden sword for a warden hammer axe etc. I'm not sure what to pick if someone could help me it would be awesome!! Sorry if i made spelling mistakes. Oh and I am a dps warrior

Train both.

Both are at good lvl but wich should i use right now what do yall think

in my opinion id rather train sword and not waste time training hammer. Yes hammer is a good weapon but in my case i like speed . Also later on in the game you would get a meteoric sword instead of some kind of hammer so id suggest fully train your sword.

Id choose sword, its a bit faster than a clumsy hammer. AND IM NOT HATING ON YOU WARRIORS!

I have maxed both sword and blunt. Swords are currently better for dps. There are some interesting hammers in game for tanking, where you are more concerned about defense than offense. I want hammers trained if they fix 2hers. It does sound like they are putting in a mechanism that lets us have more options for quest weps.

Some mobs are vulnerable to crushing damage. When you're fighting golems, hammers (and crushing bracelets) are the way to go.

Dang Ail, I almost always learn from your comments. I was operating on the assumption that mob dmg and mob resists were related and don't really pay enough attention to dmg types.

swords are much better as a sword is the warden wep not a hammer, and if u want the best weapon in the game u might have to just stick to a sword :p i use my diamond hammer wen im not usin my met wep caus hammers are more funny and smashing heads in cooler then slicen and dicen:D
