Trident or Golden blade?

Hi im level 79 in Lugh. I want to know which offhand weapon should i buy. Golden trident or golden blade? Since trident does 100 dmg but has regen. But blades 200dmg and 75 strength. So which should i buy?

The trident also has 45 str and 45 dex along with some defense and health. Please read the other threads before making a new one

I find solo training to be much easier with the the trident.
