Celtic Heroes

for a warrior with only a heroic ammy and 11 energy sigils (and no other energy regen), what should their focus be?
right now im saving up for a heroic ammy (got about 54k) and im wondering how many points should be put in focus
currently i have 95 points in it (along with 1 extra point from signet of lir) but from what ive seen from other people, it should be like way less
ive noticed some warriors with like almost NO points on focus at all
is this because they have a gigantic regen or should i do this too? please help

btw: does strength affect offhand damage? (piercing, slashing, or elemental)
does it multiply the bracelet damage?

I think that 10-20 focus should be enough when you have an ammy.

That's what I thought at first but I think he is asking for a build assuming he has a heroic ammy for when gets one.
