when does the strength plateau actually start?
I'm asking this mainly because i am extremely irritated as to why a toon the same class as me three levels below me with worse armor, wep, and jewelry (except they have heroic ammy) could beat me. They said they had like 2600 health while i only have 1800
would putting all your points on vitality make you a better player?
help
Re: Strength Plateau
#2A warrior with more health is more effective than a warrior with less health. Warriors aren't really meant to deal too much damage.
In pvp I find that being a tank with a golden blade offhand is the best way to dominate.

Re: Strength Plateau
#3it doesnt put too much of a difference with more strength on a warrior, instead u would be at a greater advantage if you have nore health. And a golden blade offhand really helps because of the added strength and the 200 damage.
so yea a pure tank with a golden blade offhand can pretty easily dominate a dps warrior

#5yeah but it just gives the formula
im wondering if putting like only 50 strength in and the rest on either focus (only a small amount) and on vit (everything left over)
ps. i do have a golden blade
pps. we both did

#6Please read the whole thing. It explains everything, starting with the formula, how I got the result (proof), what I found, and answers to some questions you may ask.yeah but it just gives the formula

To save you some time, ill quote the part you may be looking for.
So when does this plateau effect start? It actually starts at around 20 strength (could actually be less but no more)! Shocking, isn't it? Well when strength is that low, the effect is minimal. So why do we say it's around 300? Well the thing is, strength doesn't play as big of a role in damage than you think and at end-game, we can't have 1.2k strength (or at least play with that). And so you may ask, why do you have to double the effect? My answer to you is because the effect of strength is so minimal in the first place, that you just don't have the attribute points to make good use of strength and the more you have, the more it takes to increase your damage.
We need enough points in strength to notice a damage increase but the more we put the more points we waste. Choosing how many points are worth it is up to you.
