Wanted to know if it is possible to wear two braces of shrouding?
Will it stack?

Yes you can, unless otherwise stated so in the item description you can equip multiple of the same items.

I find evasion to random so i actually prefer the elemental resist as an extra 400 fire/ice/magic boost works great while evasion is an evade or no evade.
