I'm a lvl 54 warrior on epona, and I was wondering, which is better for general leveling and quests? Thanks.

Defense
Dmg
5 less regen (suck it up)
25 more health and energy

tridents = hybrid weapon
golden venom = hybrid-dps weapon
golden blade = dps-tank or dps weapon

You can also use golden blade for a hybrid build.

Although my warrior ain't my main, I still think the damage is more important.

Umm... Idk why you guys are defending the venom. It's only advantage is its rejuv and even then, it only acts better than the trident at high strengths. It will never deal as much damage as a golden blade though.
