If your a hybrid the trident is best the shield goes more toward a tank even tho thats not a good shield to use.

well i want that shield because of regen and it gives some extra vital points 60 i think

Get the Royal Shield of the Mountain instead. It's wayy better for tanking.

Knight if you play on rosmerta the wind shield is better (selling royal shield of the wind lol). If not the trident is better.

The regen wont matter compared the the tridents dmg and 5 less hp regen also gives energy regen. If your still training deffinitly go for the trident if you want to be a tank go for a mountain shield not the wind.

golden trident of MAGIC or FIRE and solo / lvl with fire mage
royal wind is crap.
