Taunt/Warcry Evasion

Taunt and Warcry should not be able to be evaded or resisted.

Taking away evasions for these skills would
- Increase the chances for a tank to get aggro

This one pro would benefit everyone I believe.

Con:
Maybe the mob you are seeking aggro from has no interest in your cries...

but how can we up or chance of hitting with taunt?
its not in any of our ability thingies

Taunt has certainly been fixed somewhat since the update - at that point it was almost impossible to keep aggro through taunt. It is much better but still seems far less effective than pre-update. With taunt maxed I seem to have about a 2/3 success rate with taunt on most bosses.

each skill should be evaded imo (well except specific skills like double shot and attack), it makes it harder, like it should be

+1/2 make it less evade able but not unevadable
Also put stats so we can compare our taunts please

yeah maybe they could make it have one of the abilities that is actually in our arsenal so we know how to increase it and so we know why its getting evaded
