What's the best weapon choice for a level 37 warrior?

I just use a great sword from Broddie in Dusteither Catacombs, but would dual Falchions be better? I don't use shields, also.

get a anc falchion and at lvl 50 a holden blade offhand.

get anc axe, one handed, any as long as its pretty fast and strong
