Rally: Restores x amount of health of your group within x meters of you and gives them x seconds of invulnerability.

So 750 hp restored and 3 seconds of invulnerability would be extremely op?

No no rally is a grouping so it should boost attack or dmg

When I think of rally, the warrior's army morale (hp) is low and they are able to get that final push from that morale boost. Also, rangers have sharpen weapons which boost damage.

Rally should boost attack some armour and a bit of defense with added evasions

10% of full health + lvl x2
that would encourage ppl to lvl at some way, so that means a lvl 200 with 15k hp, 1500+400 = 1900 hp restored
but pretty op, +sometimes lvling can be annoying yea (or most of time)
