Hello wise adventurers!

So I saved my hard farmed gold and I bought a golden blade of fire as an upgrade to my flint saber. the golden blade of fire does 200 heat damage and has a 75 strength bonus. Why don't I see much difference in my attack damage? I think the only difference between the flint saber and the blade is the strength bonus... Where is the heat damage? Can anyone help me with understanding this?

go to your stats page
on the right hand side of the screen (under your xp bar; to the right of your stats)
you will see five thingies:

Hp
Energy
Attack
Damage
Defense

and maybe something else
your attack will not increase if you equip your golden blade
your damage will increase though probably about 240 or 230 or something depending on how high your strength already is (the higher your strength already is the lower itll be)

go to your stats page

the thing u were missing was armor, but that's not significant.
and yeah the attack is only increased by ability and dex( which u should only ever upgrade on tank, rouge or ranger).

It is FALSE, attack is very important, its one of the most important, cos you will hit more accurately with a high attack, but at low level its alright, and level 100 axe, adds about 200attack

Or just combo/wis while lvling... Or get some ability charms...

why would someone waste a slot on ability over maxing his mainhand ability?
Attack is extremely important, but u shouldnt rely on dex to get ur attack, i wouldnt use dex at all as a warrior, just max ur mainhand ability, and try having attack bonus on some of ur gear (like i suggest an aggy brace that will have 250 axes/swords over melee combat)

thats unreasonably insulting, please explain why you think im stupid. and my defense for saying dex on a tank is to increase defense, so you can evade autos from mobs, so you dont need heals as frequently. now please back up your side with logic, instead of saying im stupid, case and point. -.-

Dex isnt useless for tank thats true, its even great, its just that vit is better.

Seriously? Dex is beneficial to a tank since it adds defence.. I think you should read the tank guide...
