What is the best place and what mobs to level from 115 to 120?? Thanks in advance

Boggans. After that go to boggans. Then after that you go to boggans.

I did blackstones from 117-130. But I also heard boggans were better.

I am lvl 121 and just got finished getting through the area you are talking about. There are no lvl 115 boggans. Go with brown trees. Give more xp, are easier to kill and occasionally you will see a wisetree. Also, you can keep an eye on grommack and woodcrown. When you hit 118 or 119, go to the otherworld bridge. Kill all the blackstones on the bridge and then go back to ley and kill a few wraiths. After 3 or 4 hit ley again. Kill blackstones on bridge. I think you get the picture. Now mind, I did do these lvl on lix(haste, health, energy, wisdom, knowledge). Boggans might be slightly better than that plan without lix because of the wraiths drain effect. However, without lix, you might not need to kill wraiths before starting blackstones again. But definately go with brown trees for lvls 115-118.

Agree with last poster. Brown trees to 119. Blackstones to about 130 or so. Then into the tunnels, and you don't come out. Good luck
